The is the special edition InspireFly V4c Flight Controller board! 

Compared to the V4b the main difference is the addition of the radiation tolerant watchdog timer circuit from the OreSat C3. There is the option to order this board with either the standard (non radiation tolerant watchdog) or the -SEP (radiation tolerant) watchdog soldered on!
